On the 1st of the month it was our work social meetup so I headed into town to the October Gallery with a visit to The Swan pub afterwards. That weekend was fairly quiet just around the house.

The next weekend we drove over to Dulwich for Ellen's haircut, then lunch at MEATliquor East Dulwich and an afternoon coffee and cake stop in at Luca's Kitchen and Bakery. On the way home from there we stopped in at Telegraph Hill Upper Park for sunset before heading home. The following day we met up with Kin Kay, Joanna and Ava for an afternoon get-together at our place.

The next Saturday we took a day trip down to Southwick, first stopping in at Portslade to visit Laura, Dennis, Theo and Jack, and then over to Croft Avenue for another viewing of the house. After a whirlwind second viewing of the house, we headed over to the park next to the house and then into Brighton for Five Guys lunch before heading home. On the Sunday we drove into London for lunch at Browns on Butler's Wharf, followed by a stroll along the river and then headed back home.

Last weekend we decided to head over to Trinity Buoy Wharf for lunch at Fatboy's Diner. We had caught the bus from home to Deptford and then the DLR into town which is always good fun. After lunch we got the bus over to Canary Wharf shopping centre for a while and then made our way home. On the Sunday we drove into Great Ormond Street to drop off a thank-you hamper to the staff, then back via Hyde Park for a quick run around with Ellen at the Diana Memorial and then finally home.

We're off tomorrow to Camber Sands for a week which should be a nice break away :)
