After our last Sunnyfield Camping trip last month which was only for one night but had enjoyed it so, we decided to book in another camping trip, this time for 3 nights, from the Thursday to the Sunday. Sunnyfield Camping is normally only open from Friday to Sunday, but they had extended some weekend openings to the Thursday too which we had booked. We arrived in on the Thursday afternoon, unpacked and set up camp and we landed up being the only ones in the entire field for the night which was excellent.

On Friday we drove down to Folkestone for the day, enjoying a walk around the town and lunch by Folkestone Harbour. That evening we had ourselves a braai back at camp. On the Saturday we took a drive over to the woods nearby for a walk through there, following by a braai that evening and a campfire too.

Sunday was our final day, and after a Skottel fry up for breakfast, we packed up camp and made our way back to London - a longer and more enjoyable camping trip than our last one last month :)
