This year we decided to stay in London for Christmas, so after myself and Uns finished up with work on Christmas Eve, we met up to fetch Ellen from nursery and after a bit of time at home, we decided to hop in the car and take a drive through central London to have a look at the Christmas Lights from the comfort of the car :) It was certainly way busier than what we expected, both with traffic and with people, but was really good to see the lights in town and take a drive around.

Yesterday was Christmas Day, so after the initial excitement with Ellen and her presents, we drove over to Burgess Park for a walk around there, making the most of the clear and sunny morning. Once home, Uns prepped a super delicious Christmas lunch for us, which we all ate together once Ellen was awake after her nap. Afterwards, we popped out to the log cabin for a couple of hours, and for Ellen to open the rest of her presents :)

Today we had organised to have Greg, Kim and the boys up to our place for Boxing Day lunch and give the boys their presents. Between the gifts and some time out in the log cabin, think they had a good day and was good to see them all again.

Both Uns and myself have got the next few days booked off work, and got a few things planned around London to see and do before we all head off to SA next Tuesday evening.
