Last week was a nice easy start to the new year, with the first week back at work only being three days. Then on Saturday morning we took a walk towards New Cross and stopped in at 2 T's Cafe for brunch. After a good fry-up there, we popped home and then made our way over to Southwark Park where we had tickets for the Alice in Winterland Lantern Festival which had been running from November until this Saturday.

Even though we thought Ellen may have been a too young for it, once she woke from her nap and noticed all the lights around, she absolutely loved it. So really glad we decided to go! Then yesterday was just an easy day around the house, chilling out and playing with Ellen :)
