Two weekends ago, after our Saturday NCT class, everyone in the group headed over to The Old Nun's Head pub for lunch and a drink there. With Burger Bear on the Saturday food menu, lunch there was always going to be tasty, and good to catch up with the others in the group too. Then Sunday turned out to be such a nice sunny day, especially for early February. Uns and I even managed to grab the outdoor sofa cushions and sit outside for sometime, enjoying the winter sunshine :) The rest of the day was just spent sorting out around the house and tidying up outside in the garden a bit.

On Wednesday evening I met up with JJ, Marty and AA after work for a beer, first at The Griffin but after standing outside for a while (every pub seemed to be packed inside), we decided to move over to The Bookclub where we luckily managed to find a table. After a couple of drinks there we called it a night and headed home - good to have caught up with those guys again!

On Friday evening I made my way down to London Bridge to meet up with Keithy who was over for the weekend. We'd arranged to all meet up at The Mudlark for a few there - once again only enough room outside the pub, but at least they had heaters :) We had a few there before Keith, Matt, Steve and myself decided to grab a bite to eat at GBK just down the road. After a burger and a beer there, I decided to leave and made my way home, and think the three of them called it a night soon after that too.

Yesterday, after our morning NCT class, we all headed over to Four Hundred Rabbits in Nunhead for a group lunch, similar to last week, which was good to catch up with everyone again, outside of just the NCT sessions. After the rest of the afternoon at home, I made my way out to Clapham Junction that evening for Lozzie's birthday drinks which was at Babel. I got through there fairly late, but still managed to bit of a catch up with everyone before calling it a night.

Today's weather had taken a bit of a turn for the worst - they had said it would get bitterly cold for this week, starting today. But after this morning just at home, we decided to drive out to Belair Park in West Dulwich for a brief walk around there and to give poochy a bit of a run about. We weren't too long out there before heading back home to the warmth of the house :) But good to have gotten out before we get too much cabin fever being indoors!

The weather is supposed to get even worse this coming week, with the "Beast from the East" arriving in from Siberia, so we'll see what that has in store for us between now and next weekend...
