On Saturday last week, Uns headed through in the morning into town to meet the girls for brunch and her surprise baby shower, while I headed up north to East Finchley for an afternoon at JP's house for Australia Day. He had invited a few others over, organised a few bottles of VB, some Aussie snacks and threw a good few portions of "shrimp on the barbie" too!

Yesterday we headed down to Walton for the day for Ethan's birthday and decided to drive down to give Juke a bit of a run about. We also thought we'd take Mia with instead of leaving her at home, but very quickly realised that was a mistake when she didn't stop whingeing... the entire journey there! :) Anyway, once down at Greg and Kim's place, we then headed over into Weybridge for lunch at the Elmbridge Arms pub which was good.

After some time back at theirs after lunch, we headed off back home, along with the whingeing pooch in the back seat, made all the better with the slow Sunday evening London traffic all the way home :)
