I had decided to take last week Friday off work, so after getting a few things sorted out around the house, I headed down to Walton to drop Mia off at Greg and Kim for her to spend Christmas down there. Once back home, I did the last of my packing then headed off through to Liverpool Street to get the train up to Stansted Airport. After grabbing a bite to eat at Coast to Coast, I caught the flight over to Cork, picked up a car and drove over to Claire and Michael's place, where Michael welcomed me with a few cold beers. Uns, Claire and Teresa were out in town for dinner, but home not too long after I arrived :)
On Saturday morning, Uns and I headed into Cork for breakfast at the English Market, followed by a bit of a walk around town and then back to the house, before we drove down west and chilled out for the afternoon. On Sunday, after popping into Skibb in the morning, the rest of the day and evening was spent indoors, with the weather rather wet and rainy outside.

Yesterday was Christmas Day, and in the morning Uns and I headed over to Trag to watch the Christmas Day swim and then back home for Christmas dinner, followed by the annual darts competition up at Anthony and Lui's place, which Kevin won after beating Anthony in the final. Our Christmas photo below was taken last week back in London, but thought I'd wait until the Christmas update here before uploading it :)

Today was yet another wet and rainy day outside, so definitely no chance of any walk or getting out much - however, we did manage a spin around the coast this evening but generally been indoors for the most of it. We're heading back up towards Cork tomorrow for a couple of nights there, then back down after that for new years down west.
