After flying out from Heathrow on Monday evening and landing in Jo'burg on Tuesday morning, I was welcomed at arrivals by the folks and Bev before heading home for the afternoon for a bit of sun and catching up. Then on Wednesday, I spent a fair bit of the day online 'working from home' and then just chilled out around the house that evening. Yesterday the folks and myself made our way up to Greenstone for a walk around there to pick up a few things from the shops, and then headed up to Peri Peri last night for dinner.

Then this morning dad and I headed out to sort out a few jobs and to get the car checked before we leave to go away tomorrow. After getting everything done, we stopped in at The Deck for a pint and then headed home. This afternoon Bev popped around to the house for a few hours, and this evening we just did a bit of sorting and packing to get ready for our week away up in Hazyview, just outside the Kruger Park. Really looking forward to it :)
