On Friday evening we eventually got around to going to Blackbird Bakery for pizza for dinner as part of their "pizza lates" they have from Wednesdays to Saturdays. They'd been doing it for a while but we just hadn't gotten around to popping in there yet.

The rest of the weekend was fairly quiet and mostly housebound which was nice for a change. I spent the better part of yesterday morning playing around with our new Nest Thermostat which had arrived on Friday and this morning we started off with a fry-up, then a charity shop run to drop off a few bags and stopped in at The Copper Tap on the way home, which used to be the Red Cow but had just rebranded and recently reopened. After a quick pint there it was back home for a fairly chilled out evening tonight.
