Last night was the first of four UK arena shows of the Twins of Evil tour with Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie. They were playing at the O2 in Greenwich, so after work I headed out that way and met up with Gav inside the arena. After meeting up with Gav's cousin and her boyfriend, we made our way inside and attempted to secure ourselves a spot fairly near the side of the stage.

It had been almost three years since I last saw Marilyn Manson live in concert, and was good to see him again, but think he's over his best, the gig was nothing compared to when we saw him at Wembley Arena back in 2007. His hits included Disposable Teens, The Love Song, mOBSCENE, Rock Is Dead, Sweet Dreams, and The Beautiful People which always go down well, even though his stage presence may have been a bit weak and didn't really stand out much. After a short intermission, Rob Zombie took to the stage and completely blew the crowd away! I had also seen him before, back in Feb of 2011 in Brixton, and just as it was back then, the show was awesome, and blew the crowd away! He knew how to get the O2 crowd worked up, between him on stage and the visual stage show he had with him! Some of his hits included Superbeast, Meet the Creeper, Living Dead Girl, More Human Than Human, Sick Bubble-Gum, Scum of the Earth and Dragula. The few old school songs from the White Zombie era certainly made the show! Loved it!

After the gig, instead of fighting on the tube out of there, we stopped in at The American Pub and Grill inside the O2 for a quick one before heading home.
