On Wednesday after work I headed out to Peckham Rye with Una for dinner at Bar Story, situated under arches by the station. After a bite to eat there, we tried Frank's pop up bar on top of the Peckham multi-storey car park but unfortunately they were closed that night, and seem to only be open Thursdays to Sundays which was a pity. So instead we went back to Bar Story for a beer there instead. I was also hoping to catch the sunset from up on top at Frank's, but will have to save that for another evening instead.

Last night I was off to Holborn in town to the Shakespeare's Head pub to meet up with Will, Carol, Seamus, Duncan and Laurie as well as Giulz who was in town for a few days. He had arrived yesterday morning and was staying with us, even though we were jetting off to Spain tomorrow, but that's his problem :)

We stayed a good while out at Shakespeare's Head for drinks and food - the classic beer and a burger meal deal. After finishing up there we headed back to Putney and straight home, deciding it best not to stop in at the Railway, not even for one. Then tonight's going to be a fairly quiet one, with my flight at 10 tomorrow morning, so it's a fairly early start to a week out in the Spanish sun. Cannot wait...
