On Tuesday morning, Loz's brother Al arrived from Aus, so it made the most sense to head down to Putney High Street for a bit of a welcoming evening. We all met up at the Citizen Smith, and there was actually a good size crowd of us down there, especially for a Tuesday night. Then on Wednesday night, the lot of us at home decided on an evening garden party, especially with the weather as good as it is at the moment and the sun only setting quite a bit past 9pm. Could do with more Wednesdays like that.

Yesterday after work I stopped by Putney Cycles to pick up my bike which had been in for a service, for over 2 weeks, with it needing a decent service and a few parts changed. But now its back in top form and needing a few off road days out.

Then last night as spur of the moment decision, Si and I headed over to Ministry of Sound by Elephant & Castle for their DnB student party night. Both Andy C and London Electricity were playing and we had thought of going, and in the end just decided to go for it, even been a school night. It was fairly quiet though, but good to see them play, especially Andy C. Then trying to get home from Ministry at half 3 on a Friday morning was never going to be fun.

Needless to say the energy levels today haven't quite been on top form, but pushing on through, and at least in a few hours it's the start of the weekend - with Derby Day tomorrow being the highlight... it's going to be good!
