Sláinte - literally translated as "health" and is commonly used as a drinking toast in Ireland. That's right, last night was St Paddy's Day (well technically all of yesterday was St Paddys Day, but you get the idea). After work I headed home to drop my bag and stuff, then made my way through to Clapham and met up with Claire and Anna at the Alex for a few St Paddys celebrations.

The place was amazingly decorated and themed - with a live Irish band playing downstairs and everyone there in some form of Irish attire. It was good to have a catch up with Claire, and landed up being there later than first expected, but St Paddys does only come once a year I guess!
