Last night was Loz's surprise birthday party which I had organised a couple of weeks ago. The planning all worked out really well with her assignment due in the afternoon and then birthday celebrations to follow. There were about 15 of us who first met up at Thai Pot nearby Charing Cross for a meal beforehand, and everyone loves a decent Thai meal, mixed up with party hats, balloons and shakers.

After the meal, we walked on down to the Arches between there and Embankment and onto the Players Lounge. The queue outside was slow, even though we were all at the front, they were having a 1 in 1 out policy, which turned into 3 out and possible 1 of us in. After ages in the queue we all got in, just in time for the music to start. I don't think anyone else had been there before, but judging on that fact we only left there around half 2, think a good night was had by all.
