After Robben Island, we met up with Will and Jen who had been wondering around the Waterfront and hopped into the Beetle and headed down to Hout Bay for some late lunch. We avoided the main beach tourist trap, and grabbed lunch from Fish On The Rocks just behind the main centre. Again, the wind was just incredible and made eating lunch a bit of a challenge, but with some fresh and delicious fish, you forgot about that.

Once we were done, we waited for Ross and Chuck to pitch up, then headed back to Newlands to Forries for a couple of sundowners with the others. I vaguely remember the place from many years ago, and it was probably more the name rather than the pub which I remember, but was good that we managed to get there for a couple of cold ones.

Without letting us down, Chuck managed to provide all the entertainment we needed for the evening, I guess no one doubted that would happen. After Forries, we popped home for a bite to eat, then off to Camps Bay again and onto Karma for the night with the others. Which concluded another good, busy and entertaining day down in the Cape.
