Yesterday was our early Christmas lunch/party at Paul and Carol's place. We had planned this a couple of months back to ensure everyone was able to make it and had a good turn out - about 20-something of us there, so not bad at all. Si and Suzie were down for the weekend as well, so we waited at home for them to come through, then made our way up to West Hampsted in time for the second half of the Scotland South Africa game.

On the negative side, we lost the rugby 17-21 which was terribly embarrassing, especially against Scotland. On the plus side, the Christmas lunch was amazing and our house came out pretty well in the secret Santa gift swapping. So overall, all good! Then today we headed down to the high street for a breakfast fry up and tried out the Wetherspoon's breakfast, but rather disappointed in it. It had to be tried out, but think we'll stick to their neighbour, Cappuccino, who do top rated breakfasts. Then the rest of today just chilled out at home in front of the TV, despite their being nothing really to watch.
