On Friday was a bit of an old work catch up evening there by Goodge Street. We met up at the Hope for a few and then as expected headed over to Gig's for a late dinner/snack of chips and curry sauce, and even scored a second free serving after meeting and chatting to Mr Gigs himself. Classic!

Then on Saturday was Si's birthday, and after a bit of a sleep in and a full fry up for breakfast, we eventually made our way into town and met up with Si and Suzie who were at The Anchor nearby London Bridge. Only stayed for a quick one there before heading out to Soho for dinner at Wong Kei, a fairly infamous restaurant in Chinatown known for their particularly rude staff. It is also one of the largest Chinese restaurants in the UK with seating for around 500 people. Dinner was great, and decided to follow that up with a quick stop at the O' Neills which actually turned out to be better than expected, which is where we staying until closing time, at which point the mission began of getting home via night bus and cab ride. Always good fun!

After a good Saturday night, the best thing to follow up with is a good Sunday morning full English breakfast. There appears to be a common trend at home with frequent weekend fry ups - bad habit yet good always a breakfast :) A good part of yesterday was just spent lazying around and an early afternoon nap, and then decided on a braai for early dinner. Not too bad for a Sunday evening! So yet another busy weekend - but never fails to disappoint!
