Yesterday was a fairly easy day at home and watched the SA - New Zealand rugby, which didn't end in our favour at all. Hopefully it's another repeat of 2006/07 and we'll come back next year to win when it counts. After the rugby, headed down to the river for a few pre-drinks at The Rocket pub underneath Putney Wharf Tower for Katie's birthday. It apparently only just (re)opened, not sure what it was before, but never went there. Afterwards, we crossed the road to the new steak restaurant 'Rump' which hasn't been around for long and had myself an awesome tender steak there.

After dinner I left the others and made my way to London Bridge and met up with Gav before heading over to Cable who were hosting Shogun Audio there for the night. We didn't have tickets, but planned to grab some at the door. As did most of London that night. There was a decent queue outside, but we did hope it would move fairly quickly and we'd be in just before midnight. No such luck there. After a couple of hours and hardly moving forward, we gave up and decided to catch the bus home instead, so rather a dissapointment there!

Otherwise just been at home today doing some of those Sunday chores around the house. The housemates left for Bulgaria this morning, so got the house to myself this week :)
