On Friday evening, after being delayed on the underground for what seemed like half the evening, eventually made it to King's Cross Station, and to the Big Chill House just down the road. Slowly everyone started making their way there, as well and Keith and Tiff who had just flown in from Germany and met up with us there too, before we headed over the road to the Scala, for another Power Ballads night and as expected, all the classics came out - Meatloaf: I'd Do Anything For Love, Bon Jovi: Always, Foreigner: I Want To Know What Love Is, Guns N' Roses: November Rain and of course, Journey: Don't Stop Believing. What a night :)

Then on Saturday morning a few of us headed down to Putters High Street for a well-deserved fry up for breakfast, followed by a walk down to Snoggys South African shop for a collection of biltong, fanta grape and various other treats of deliciousness. The afternoon was spent just at home, a bit of Wii Tennis and then we headed out into town to meet up with Keith's mates for their farewell party. It started off at Waxys for a couple of pints and then moved onto Ruby Blue - some club just off Leicester Square which wasn't my idea of fun. But the crowd of us made up for it, still not a place I'd choose to go to, or go back to again.

Yesterday was yet another breakfast down the high street before Keithy made him way into town to get the train to the airport. Yesterday afternoon was DVD and nap Sunday, which is always a relaxed end to a good weekend!
