After a fairly boozy Saturday, I figured yesterday had to involve a big more activity than lying in the sun knocking back the beers, as much as I do enjoy it. So decided to hit up Richmond Park and do a bit of cycling around there. A full lap around the outside of the park is roughly 7 or 8 miles and figured a loop of that should be a good start. Instead, I landed up doing three loops, and felt pretty good about myself, considering the plan was just for a bit of a cycle before heading home.

Then last night was a visit down to the Slug and Lettuce for some of their acoustic Sunday session - met up with Claire as well as Luke, and made for a good Sunday evening relaxing with some popular acoustic songs being played.

Always a good end to a Sunday - beats sitting around suffering from the Sunday night blues. Doesn't change the fact that we have work the next day, but takes your mind off thinking about - the beer and music work wonders as a distraction!
