On Saturday night was catch up with the Aussie crowd down at Edward's in Wimbledon. I missed out on Loz's birthday the other weekend when I was house bound with sickness, but was good to see just about everyone on Saturday. It's been years since I was last at Edward's - probably when I last lived in Wimbledon, and was more impressed with it that I remembered of it. Also, £2 pints of Becks until 22h00 were a treat too.

Then yesterday was up fairly early and took a cycle around Kingston and Richmond Park. Had thought of heading down to Swinley Forest, but that would have taken most of the day, so just kept it local. And considering I signed up this week for round two of the London to Brighton ride, had better start doing some training one of these days. But good to get back on the bike.

Then in the evening heading into town for a couple of sunset drinks on the Tattershall Castle nearby embankment, followed by some of the acoustic night music at the Slug and Lettuce down in Putney. Always a great way to end of weekend, and takes one's mind off the thought of returning to work on Monday :)

Not much planned this week yet. Feeling pretty tired today after yesterday, especially not having been on the bike for a while, so good to get back into the swing of things!
