After work on Friday, just a quick beer after work before heading home. Then on Saturday I thought it time to give my bike a proper clean, and managed to chose one of the coldest days of the year to do so. So much so that the water droplets were turning to ice before they had even dropped off the bike. But at least I got it cleaned up. That night we decided to hit up a bit of pool down in Southfields. Not sure how many years it's been since I last played pool - but was good to get back into again. And now that I'm a member down there, will definitely be going back one of these days.

Yesterday I had planned to take my bike up to Paul and Carol's place, in preparation for us taking them away over Christmas. I decided to cycle there, despite the cold miserable weather, and wasn't actually too bad at all. After getting there and a cup of coffee or two later, we decided to go grab some pizza and then watch Avatar last night down in Fulham, and in 3D which was just incredible to experience. Never watched a movie quite like it before - definitely worth watching it!

Tonight we have our work Christmas party - starting off with outdoor ice skating at the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, followed by some Italian restaurant and then some pub/club nearby, so should be a good night. It's been snowing a bit this morning - so might actually get to skate in the snow which would be awesome.
