On Friday evening, after popping home for a bite of eat, made my way over to Clapham Junction and met up with Luke and all the others at the 'Ink Rooms' on Lavender Hill. Keith also arrived on Friday evening, and after getting the train into London, met up with us and joined for a few beers before we made out way home. And as is standard tradition with Haiden, we started Saturday off with a traditional English breakfast.

After Saturday's breakfast, we headed home for a bit of Wii Sports and then the afternoon down to the purple Walkabout Wahoo Bar for the Ireland - SA game which did not end well for us, losing (yet) another of our games. At least we won one game against the Italians, but really not a great series over here. After watching some of the Wales vs Australia game, we left to get some Thai food for dinner, and then off to The Three Famous Kings pub in Hammersmith where we met up with Keithy's friends to watch the France - New Zealand game. After the game, on the tube and off to Digress, in Soho, for a night of mayhem.

Yesterday was used, as expected, as a recovery day. Didn't do much in the morning and then met up with Tiff and Carin in town for Nandos for lunch and spent the afternoon walking around town, even with the annoying rain. Then last night we made our way over to the Brixton Academy to see Jimmy Carr on his current tour - Rapier Wit. As always, what a brilliant night. Never fails to disappoint me with his style of stand up. Almost four years living in England, and I've seen him live on each of his four national tours! Not too bad I think!

Keith and Tiff left this morning back to Germany, while my morning was less exciting and headed to work, for yet another week. Could definitely do with a holiday, or just a bank holiday around November time :)
