Last night a crowd of us (about twelve) went up through to Wembley to watch the Saracens take on the Springboks. Having not had a good northern hemisphere trip up until now (lost the last two games), hoping to see a turn around and some good South African rugby. Not quite sure why the game was being played at Wembley instead of one of the rugby grounds, but still a good atmosphere and crowd turn out (an attendance of about 46,000 I think).

Unfortunately their run of bad luck continued and SA lost 23 - 24 to the Saracens, who's team included nine South Africans actually. The Saracens managed to come back from 18 - 6 behind to secure a win, proving their rightful title of Premiership leaders over here.

It was still a good night out, even though a win could have been better for us, but still holding onto some hope that we'll win at least one of next games, either against Italy this weekend, or against Ireland next weekend. So here's hoping I guess...
