On Friday the original plan was to go to out Shunt underneath London Bridge for a night out with the work crew, but that plan fell through. Instead, it was Paul's birthday, which I already turned down to go to Shunt, but was able to head through to 'Garlic & Shots' in Soho, which offers more garlic than you can shake a very large vampire at. All of their dishes are cooked using plenty of garlic and at the bar they have a massive 101 variety of shots available for your enjoyment.

Yesterday was a pretty easy going day at home, and mainly spent it watching rugby. First was the England vs Australia game, followed by the Wales vs New Zealand game. Other than that, not much else for a Saturday. Today was bit more active, with a cycle out in Swinley Forest, near Reading. We caught the train down there and spent a good part of the day figuring out the trails and the routes. Some really decent sections of trail and tracks, and will no doubt be heading back there soon for some more off road action.

Been quite a long day, haven't done that much cycling in a while, so pretty tired at the moment and can feel it in my legs. And I can imagine even more so tomorrow...
