On Friday night a few of us headed down to the Victoria Embankment to the Tattershall Castle, an old steamer now moored on the Thames, used as a floating restaurant and pub, and met up with Big Al who is travelling around the UK, with London being his first stop over. I hadn't been to the Tattershall Castle before, and hadn't seen Al since the beginning the year - so was good to catch up with him again. Once they left, the few of us left decided it was too early to go home, and since the Temple Walkabout was the closest bit of night life... we landed up there. Good times.

Last night was an awesome night - a good combination of pubs/clubs, but mainly the fancy dress element. It was an M themed party (for Marina) and it could be anything starting with an M. I had seen a midget fancy dress outfit on the net a while back, and always kept that in mind for one day where I could use it as a fancy dress. And last night was the night.

We started off at Gigalum's in Clapham, where we stayed until closing. From there, we taxi'd across to Indigo and again, stayed there until closing. I, however, had to lose my midget costume to get into Indigo (no idea why), but I was allowed to keep the wig, which wasn't so bad I guess :)

Only a four and a bit days of work this week... then off to Italy on Friday. Cannot wait!
