On Thursday night, a few of us headed down to the Railway Wetherspoons pub on Putney High Street for their Thursday night curry club, where they have specials on all their curry dishes - always a classic.

Then on Friday night, I met up with Gav and others in Shoreditch and went to the Stringray Globe Cafe - a tiny little pizza house tucked away in the alleyways of Shoreditch, which you'd never find or come across unless you actually knew if was there. The pizzas were amazing, and dinner came to less than a tenner for a pizza and beer - yet another night with a good offer on the food.

Saturday morning involved one of the Trail Break Cycle rides out in Cranleigh, Surrey. Paul and I headed out there rather early and signed up for the shorter of the rides, made more sense than struggling for the entire day trying to finish. Well, with a slight lack of map reading, we landed up missing the turnoff for the short and medium length route and doing half of the full length route before we had realised our slight mistake. It was also at that point we were the furtherest point away from the start/finish and made no sense going back compared to continuing. Plan B kicked in, which was to head on-road and return to the finish using the tarred road option. And also 30 miles more than we had planned. Good times.

That evening, after getting home, showering and recovering, we all met up in town with Phil and Ral who were down from Cambridge just for the night and had dinner at some cool little Portuguese place near Covent Garden. It was meant to just be an early night, but after a text from Will saying that were at some club nearby, it had to be done, so the night continued on at the Longacre bar with Will and Jen.

Yesterday was an easy day relaxing at home, doing very little. And then last night I met up with Kate and Charlie and went for dinner at Chakalaka for all-you-can-eat ribs, which were absolutely amazing. And plenty of them.

All You Can Eat Ribs

Definitely over ate last night, but also means I could most likely skip lunch and dinner today. By far the best ribs I've had in a long long time. Will certainly be back there :)
