Friday night was just a fairly quiet one and just took it easy at home. But I must say congrats to Greg who passed his second board exam - so well done, that's awesome! I promised him I'll be sure to have a jaegerbomb or three for him on Saturday night instead.
On Saturday, Paul and I headed out to Leith Hill for a morning of cycling and took the Savage with for some RC driving and bashing. Got it running quite nicely for a while, before I stripped the main spur gear, which I have done before. A fairly easy process to replace, but annoying nonetheless.
On Saturday, the new housemates moved into our place. Heather is off to Prague soon for a week, so this was the weekend for them to move in and she moves out. I hardly saw them much on Saturday, as I only got in quite late in the afternoon, then showered and changed and headed out to Clapham to meet up with all the others.
We had a few drinks at the Frog-and-Forget-Me-Not as well as watching the Six Nations game of Ireland vs England. Not the best game of rugby, but good atmosphere at the pub, and all landed up back at Kate's place for a couple of more drinks before heading home. I made sure a few hand-grenades and jaegerbombs went down throughout the night, which I no doubt blamed on Greg.
Yesterday was one of those admin days around the house and the high street. Needed to do some random shopping and get a few things, and there was some bike cleaning and maintenance stuff as well as general things around the house. Not the craziest of days, but got done what I needed to I suppose.
