So yesterday was the day which prompted my trip out to SA - none other than Nic and Kris' wedding. The wedding was held at Shepstone Gardens - an amazing venue in Mountainview, JHB. There has been a tremendous amount of rain recently, but luckily it had completely cleared up yesterday for a good day in the gardens.

Was really good to catch up with everyone I hadn't seen in a while, or even a few years. The venue was fantastic - and congrats again to Nic and Kris!

Last night, after the wedding, went out with Greg and Kim for Chinese out in Bedfordview, then followed that with a few drinks at Q.ba in Edenvale. After a day of drinking in the sun and then a huge dinner, there really wasn't much energy left in me for any Saturday night partying. But was still a good day.

Today we've got the family coming around for a barbecue braai for lunch at our place, and then out tonight for comedy at Cool Runnings in Melville.
