Friday night was a rather big night. Started off after work at the local for a few beers and a pizza for dinner. From there, I headed over to Vauxhall station to meet up with Gav for a party they were throwing. Mates of his had tired out the Battersea Barge for the night and had a few DJs playing. The plan was to stay a couple of hours, but once you're there, a couple of hours turns into 3, or 4 or 5. Eventually got home early hours of Saturday morning.

The Battersea Barge

Normally getting in that late isn't a problem, however, Paul was meeting me at half 7 in the morning to go cycling. So with a few hours sleep, getting up, showered and ready wasn't the most fun I've had. But once I was up and packing the bikes into the car, in the cold, I definitely felt better. We headed out to Dorking, an hour south of London for a brilliant half day of mountain biking. Not the last time we'll be out there - was good fun to do some proper biking instead of the streets of London.

The reason it was such an early start, we wanted to get back in time for the rugby. Only just made it back in time, but went down to the Coat & Badge in Putney and met up with the others to watch it there. We crushed England 6-42 which made the mission back all the more worth while. Fantastic :)

After the rugby, I went home and got ready for dinner out at Kingston for Taryn's birthday. We met up at the Slug firstly, then moved over to Strada for dinner. I can't take credit for the photo below, found it and stole it off another site.

Then today's been a real relaxing day at home... like Sunday's should be :)
