The Festival of Speed, or FOS, was over this weekend and we had decided to go through today to watch. The FOS is, according to Wikipedia, "an annual hill climb featuring historic motor racing vehicles that is held in the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex, England." We had all spoken about going down last year, but never happened, so today was the day. The festival also featured current and previous F1 cars and drivers. Basically a day of cars, noise and speed :) There was also an awesome display by the Red Arrows in the afternoon - and as always, they provided some great fly bys.

There were also a range of car and bike manufacturers there, with the top of the range cars and bikes on display. Yet another reason why I should be rich. Such amazing vehicles. Oh well. Lewis Hamilton was there in last years McClarens F1 car and did some impressive wheel spins and lap times.

The off road rally course was also really good, and unfortunately didn't get to go on any of the 4x4 tracks and courses (all booked out). The weather held out perfectly, so in all, a really good day out!
