We left home on Thursday fairly early and headed down to Hlalanathi Berg Resort, right in front of the Drakensburg Amphitheatre. A really beautiful part of the country, if not the most beautiful :) Bev joined us on Friday for the next 3 days.

A really nice few days, involving relaxing, chilling by the chalet, the pool, some braais, some cold beers, a few walks around and an attempted walk to the Tugela Gorge on the last day.

Greg and I also did a King Swing at a nearby Adventure resort. It wasn't very high to be honest, but was still good fun :)

Unfortunately all good things have to come to an end at some point, and we returned to (a not nearly as attractive) Joburg this afternoon, in time for a hopefully kickass News Years party tonight!
