After a two year break of not playing squash, I've started again. Well, I've only played tonight, but it's a start. Been way too long without doing anything. So now trying to get back into the routine of gym and squash. Start properly next week!

There's a gym in Hammersmith (about 30 minutes away from work) which has 3 courts - so probably join there. But I can use any of 70 something gyms in London - and there's one right by work. So the idea is to play squash and then occasionally do something cardio - like cycle or run. I'm on a mission, and got 7 weeks to get there!
Otherwise, to throw a spanner in the works - going away this weekend. Leaving Saturday morning early, heading to Stonehenge, Bath, Bristol and hopefully Oxford. Staying over it Bristol on Saturday night, then back Sunday evening. So should be a cool weekend away!
