This must've been one of my better weekends I've had... if not my best! A full, non-stop awesome weekend :)
On Friday, I left work a couple of hours early, and met up with Tom at The Oval, for the 20-20 cricket match, Surrey vs Kent. Both teams were playing to get into the semi finals or something, so was a fairly big match. The game was good fun, plenty of support (and beer) that evening! After the cricket, we met up with Kate in Putney and then tried to head through to Croydon but couldn't get into any of the clubs (sneakers aren't allowed in there or something).

Saturday, up fairly early and off to Wembley to watch the Live Earth gig. Brilliant! A whole day of music, and not just any music, some of the biggest names in music: Razorlight, Snow Patrol, Kasabian, Black Eyed Peas, Duran Duran, The Chili Peppers, Bloc Party, Keane, Metallica, Spinal Tap, James Blunt, Beastie Boys, Pussycat Dolls, Foo Fighters and Madonna. All live on one stage, in one day!! Awesome day :) Then to finish it off, we went to Temple Walkabout for a few hours of partying!
As if that wasn't enough, Sunday I got up in time for the Grand Prix and most of the tennis, then off (again) to Wembley, this time to watch Metallica. We got there after the support bands which didn't really interest me, but Metallica were awesome. They really had a kickass show. And when 70,000 people are all singing along to 'Nothing Else Matters' - its quite something :) Here's a video (not mine) of the intro to 'One'... brilliant...
Taking some strain today at work, but after a weekend like that, not really bothered by it :) As it's said here, I'm feeling knackered...
