I decided on Monday I had best get my ass into gear and look for a job, ideally a really high paying, easy contract job - but obviously I'd take what ever I could get. And it went a whole lot better than I expected... I saw a job advertised which worked with programming and handling of mobile text messaging and IVR, basically mobile related technology, and applied for that and got an interview on Tuesday.

I went for the interview on Tuesday afternoon and got offered the job immediately afterwards, which was awesome! :) No issues of worrying about affirmative action, quota systems, being previously disadvantaged, or any other sh!t like that! Its great!

So gonna start working there on Monday morning. Its nice and close to where I stay - and sure its also within walking distance, which will be great! Otherwise, thats about all the news for now... nothing too crazy and exciting at the moment :(
