Aaah, October already. Cant believe how quickly time passes - its crazy. Been working now for 6 full weeks already, feels like I started just the other day. And still enjoying it there!

Had another good weekend here, most of it that is. Friday night Tom, Justin and myself headed out into town - started off with dinner at Yo! Sushi. Just to give y'all an idea of the cost of living, I had a beer and a fair amount of sushi and that came to £25. Which works out to like R360 for dinner, for one person :) Yip, converting the price is a bad idea - unless of course you're earning pounds then it's not a problem.

After sushi, we headed out into Soho for a night of partying, but that ended up into a bit of a mess up and things didnt quite turned out as planned, so landed up coming home earlier than planned. Oh well - will try that again another weekend. On Saturday, spent the day sorting out a few things around the house, then Chucky and I went out to the Walkabout in Shepherds Bush for some beer and partying - that was cool. Nothing too crazy since the place shuts at midnight, oh well - was cool anyway. Came back home for some hubbly and beer to finish of the night.

Today was cool - Tom, Russel and myself went into town to do some "high street" shopping. Firstly we needed an umbrella to cope with the UK weather, got me a nice small compact one, then we headed off to Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Carnaby Street, Picadilly Circus area to go check out some awesome fur coats/jackets - you know, for when it really gets cold. Saw some wicked ones which I'll keep in mind for when I decide to get one.

On a more crazy note, got a few big nights planned for the next week. Tomorrow night we off to watch Papa Roach play, then on Friday we watching Seether and then next week Tuesday we off to see Disturbed. How awesome is that? The UK rocks - I love it.

Well, those are this week's plans... damn excited. Will post photos as soon as I can! :)
