Last week was a rather relaxed week here in London. Horribly short of money so thought it best not to go out and spend money :( So hopefully gonna get paid soon!

On Friday night a few of us went out to Chiswick to Sam's work for a few free cocktails. She works there and organised a bunch of free cocktail vouchers so that was cool - never gonna turn free drinks down. Then on Saturday went past Haig's place to say cheers - he got a job in Brighton and was gonna move there on Sunday. So just went past for a while he was packing and stuff... nothing too crazy!

On Sunday night, I met up with Rene and Travis, who I met on my Spanish Contiki, and were now in London after doing another Contiki. Went out for an Italian dinner in Belsize Park, north of London. Was cool to see them again.

On Monday night, Tom and I headed up north to Brent Cross to see the Hoff signing autographs. He's promoting his new autobiography around the UK and signing autographs all over the place. Unfortunately the queue was way too long to actually get to meet him - but we managed to get a glimpse of the man himself. Was awesome. Check out DropItLikeItsHoff if you get a chance.

On Tuesday I went through to Canada Water to play action soccer with Guy. People from his work play weekly and he asked me if I wanted to go. Seemed like a good idea until like 20 minutes in. Talk about being unfit. Damn! But good fun though. Played for about an hour and a half. Probably play again next Tuesday.

Tonight I met up with Michelle and Tyrone. They came down from Milton Keynes for the afternoon to organise their US visa. We met up in town after I had finished work and went for a couple of beers and dinner nearby Picadilly Circus / Oxford Circus. Was cool to see them again and walk around central London at night. Haven't been in that area at night for a while now.

That's the news for now. Got a couple of things planned for the week. Tomorrow night might be heading out to Fabric and then there's the Thames Festival on this weekend. Will let ya know how that goes!
