Nothing exciting today really. We left Switzerland (which I loved) and headed back into Germany, to the university town of Heidelberg. Nice little town. Had lunch there and walked around.

Later that day we stopped in St. Goar and went to a stein demonstration - how the german beer steins are made and had a chance to buy them if we so wished. After the stein demo, we went to a wine tasting session where we got to sample a few different types of wine. Im starting to enjoy my wine moreso than before. But still prefer beer tho :)

That night we stayed at "Grandma's Place". It was a smallish place, enough to fit all 50 of us though, but just like you'd expect from a place called grandma's place - big fluffy cushions on the bed, no noise after 9pm, nice tasty food etc etc. Was great. Also had a quiet nice, in time for Amsterdam tomorrow!
